Step 1: Subpoenas/Authorizations for Records
Submit your records request online or to our secure email. We take it from there. We prepare all documents to be filed with the court. We process all authorizations and serve subpoenas on your behalf.
Step 2: Retrieving Records
We immediately send your request as required by the rules to the correct provider using our extensive healthcare professionals database, and then follow up every two to three days until we receive the records.
Step 3: Completing Your Request
Records are uploaded to our secure, HIPAA-compliant repository, where you can view and save them at any time. We can email the records to you or provide hard copies at any time. We advance all records custodians’ fees, and send you one invoice.
Our final step is to comply with copy requests served by opposing counsel at a reasonable cost to them, relieving you and your staff of that responsibility.
